Let’s begin

Before we begin our work together, I want to let you know that an important part of therapy is exploring your past experiences, relationships, and patterns of behavior to better understand how they are impacting your current thoughts and feelings. This can be a deeply transformative process, but it can also be challenging and uncomfortable at times. I want to reassure you that I am here to support you every step of the way, and that our work together will be collaborative, respectful, and non-judgmental.

I provide individual psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, a more intensive form of psychotherapeutic engagement. I am knowledgable about intersections between race, nationality, class, gender and sexuality. I believe that each individual is unique, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs and goals of each patient.
