Let’s begin

Before we begin our work together, I want you to know that therapy is a space where we’ll explore your past experiences, relationships, and patterns of behavior to better understand how they shape your thoughts and feelings today. This process can be deeply meaningful and transformative, but it may also feel challenging or uncomfortable at times. Please know that you won’t be facing this alone, I’ll be here alongside you, offering support, care, and guidance every step of the way.

I offer individual psychotherapy as well as psychoanalysis, a more in-depth and immersive form of therapeutic work. In my practice, I pay close attention to the ways race, culture, class, gender, and sexuality can influence our lives and shape our struggles. Above all, I believe that every person’s story is unique, and I tailor my approach to fit your individual needs and goals. My commitment is to create a collaborative, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you feel understood and supported.
